Shazia completed her medical training in Queensland and moved to Melbourne to complete her paediatric specialty training. She now as a specialist in two paediatric emergency departments in Melbourne. She is also currently completing a Masters of Health Management through Monash University.
Shazia understands the distress experienced by a family when their child is unwell, and the challenges (logistical and otherwise) of accessing support. Shazia is committed to the provision of accessible, family-centred care of the highest quality and joins the KidsDocOnCall team to help and support families look after their unwell children.
